3 Artistic Brides

These 3 images are not only beautiful but a perfect example of memories that resemble artwork and the quality a professional photographer can deliver for your wedding day.

This bride kept it traditional and we love it!

This couple celebrated their eternal love at a rooftop ceremony and it was all captured by Melbourne photographer Andrew Maccoll Couple: Alistair and Katrina Location: Rooftop of Royal Melbourne Yacht Squadron, St Kilda Alistair and Katrina had been work colleagues since 2007, and it wasn’t until late 2009 on a Friday night that they realised their feelings for each other. From then on, their romance blossomed. “I guess we knew each other quite well, so we didn’t have the real getting-to-know-you stage,” says the bride. Alistair surprised her by proposing at the Hilton Hotel on October two years later, with the beautiful backdrop of the city and the glow of lighted candles complementing the beautiful moment. Designed by Shane McConnell Couture, the bride’s stunning dress featured an oystercoloured lining with an amazing Ivory Chantilly lace and luxurious pearl beading on the bodice. Her bridesmaids wore black chiffon one-shoulder dresses by Langhem, the superb black and white contrast encapsulating the simple and elegant style of the wedding. Photographed by Andrew Maccoll, the couple opted for an effortless reception, wishing to celebrate their special day with 88 of their closest families and friends. With fine food including wild prawns and velvet smoked eggplant, Alistair and Katrina wanted their guests to share the same feelings of love, joy and happiness that they share for each other. Their first dance was to Nat King Cole’s “L-O-V-E”. “Just enjoy every minute of the planning and preparations and the day will be spectacular.”
