The Wedding Rsvp Card That Has Gone Viral

Next time it would have been better to double check what they've written...

A hilarious card has surfaced in the subthreads of Reddit that calls for guests to choose their main meal. The options are pretty grim: pork, beef and... children.

The couple has accidentally written 'child (12 years and under)' as a menu option, which is meant to be ticked if any of the younger guests would prefer the kids menu over the adults sized plate. But because it's on the same line as the other options, it would appears as though the wedding supports cannibalism.

The card also asks for any dietary restrictions to be outlined on the card so they can be catered for.

Many of Reddits jokesters have placed orders of their own. Some of the funniest are below.

  • “I’ll have the Hansel and Gretel.”
  • “I’m Kosher. So only Jewish children, please.”
  • “Dietary restriction: ginger children”
  • “I’ll have a succulent six year old.”

Lesson learned. Always proof-read your invite!
