AQUA DINING
Perched above the picturesque North Sydney Pool, Aqua Dining looks directly onto the Harbour Bridge and Sydney Harbour. BATHERS’ PAVILION
The Bathers’ Pavilion, built in 1929, has a charming historic facade with a contemporary interior and sophisticated service. The rooftop terrace is the ideal ceremony venue for nature lovers and looks over popular Balmoral Beach and towards Sydney Heads. The Pavilion also has a stylish interior reception venue to cater for 30—150 guests. Dinner reception prices start from $110 per person, including an event manager. Chef and owner Serge Dansereau’s approach to food and wine is uniquely Australian, with a close relationship to the seasons and local providors.
